This policy applies to Hanna and Hanna Inc. d/b/a Around the Clock Bailbonds. This is website privacy information, not legal advice.

When you ask for help, we collect only what you choose to share:

• Your first name and phone number
• Optionally: the defendant's name, jail or location, callback preference, preferred time, and brief notes

• The website callback form
• The text virtual receptionist
• The voice virtual receptionist
• Where applicable, a separate opt-in in the secure BailSafePro client portal for existing bail relationships

• To respond to your request and call you back
• To help with your bail bond inquiry
• For operational follow-up on your request
• For fraud prevention and website security
• To improve our service

Sharing your number asks Around the Clock Bailbonds to contact you about that request. It does not sign you up for marketing calls or promotional text messages.

Around the Clock Bailbonds may collect a mobile number and separate SMS consent for non-marketing, operational communications concerning an existing bail relationship. A website callback request does not enroll you in this SMS program.

SMS consent and mobile numbers will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including the communications platform, may process mobile information only as necessary to deliver the requested communications or services, subject to appropriate restrictions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (239) 288-7816 or through our Contact page. SMS consent is not a condition of receiving bail services.

This separate internal program allows the authorized Around the Clock Bailbonds administrator to opt in to operational website lead alerts when a visitor submits a callback request or the virtual receptionist creates a lead. Visitors are not enrolled by submitting a callback. This is distinct from the client-messaging program described above and is not marketing or promotional messaging.

Consent is voluntary, tied to the administrator mobile number, and must be reconfirmed if that number changes. Changing the alert destination clears prior consent.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our virtual receptionist does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, card or bank credentials, passwords, or payment-app logins. Please do not enter sensitive payment or identity information in the chat. Payments are never taken through the receptionist.

Chat transcripts are kept for 30 days by default; this period can be adjusted by the agency. After that, transcript text is removed.

A short lead summary and request history may be kept longer for operational and record-keeping purposes.

The website does not record voice-call audio.

Companies that help us run this website — such as hosting, AI, communications, and security providers — may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide those services under appropriate restrictions. This does not include sharing SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers for third-party or affiliate marketing.

We do not sell your personal information for advertising.
