These terms apply to Hanna and Hanna Inc. d/b/a Around the Clock Bailbonds.

This website provides general information about bail bond services. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal questions, speak with a licensed attorney.

We cannot guarantee release times or case outcomes. Timing depends on the jail, the court, and other factors outside our control.

When you submit a callback request or share your number with our virtual receptionist, you authorize Around the Clock Bailbonds to contact you about that request.

A submission does not enroll you in marketing text campaigns. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you.

Around the Clock Bailbonds is the sender of non-marketing operational and customer-service texts to people who separately opt in for communications related to an existing bail relationship. BailSafePro is the software platform. Messages may include court reminders, check-in reminders, payment or account reminders, paperwork or case updates, and related customer-service communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (239) 288-7816. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or receiving bail services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is not guaranteed.

Opting out applies to SMS and does not prevent communications that may be legally or contractually required through other channels. A website callback request does not enroll you in this SMS program. The separate consent process is described in our SMS consent notice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and opt-in data.

This separate internal notification program is for the authorized Around the Clock Bailbonds administrator, not consumer marketing. Its purpose is operational lead and callback notification when a website visitor submits a callback request or the virtual receptionist creates a lead.

Participation requires voluntary, separate administrator opt-in for the alert destination number. Changing the destination clears prior consent and requires renewed consent. A visitor callback submission does not enroll the visitor in SMS.

We work to keep the website available, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. If you need help urgently, call us directly.
